Grey Owl

And what did thou see?
Nearest the Pines,
closer to the Ancient tree?
And what did thou see?
Past the purple flower,
over the roots of his tree?
The Owl sits atop,
motioning "Hold on, go quietly"...
a triangular hole,
a hollow in the tree below.
And what did thou see?
When the Owl beckoned thee?
Crouching inside the nook,
pictures inside lets take a look.
And what did thou see?
A picture of a heart
in the base of that tree,
The Owl sits atop
watching from the canopy.
What is he trying to show me?
In the pines I long to be,
Near Gods grace
Amidst Serenity.
What does thou see,
the Owl who looks over me?
